POSITION:
The Assistant Manager will represent all aspects of Club Pilates - Arroyo Grande, from inward studio functionality through outward impressions.
The Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in the overall studio successes.
This full-time position will require flexible availability to include days/evenings/weekend/holiday scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* *1+ years of management and leadership experience required*
* *2+ years of retail sales or fitness sales experience*
* A passion for fitness, health and wellness
* Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales
* Strong social media marketing experience
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner/General Manager
* Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
* Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, and via e- mail
* Ability to create and stream line new procedures
* The ability to be adaptable and evolve in an ever changing fast-paced diverse environment
* Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
* Solid writing and grammar skills
* Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Professional, punctual, reliable and neat
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

DUTIES:
* Conduct sales presentations to prospective members and attain a high close ratio.
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
* Schedule and participate in community events (grass roots marketing), studio promotions and lead generation
* Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes
* Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
* Provide excellent customer service to all clients of the studio, be it in person, over the phone, or through email
* Proficiency in ClubReady software program, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
* Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
* Collect out-standing dues
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
* Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
* Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
* Manage staff schedule
* Support in hiring and managing instructors at the studio
* Review instructor evaluations performed by Master Trainers
* Supervise Sales Representatives
* Directly coordinate with all studio owner/GM ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
* Any other duties as assigned
