As a key collaborator with our Marketing Director, you'll spearhead engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create compelling visuals, captivating videos, and oversee our affiliate program's success.
Embrace responsibilities like social media moderation, product documentation, and strategic planning.
You will assist the Marketing Director in overseeing day-to-day marketing operations and campaigns for our growing audience of over 120k.
You will be responsible for creating engaging content including photos and videos to best highlight our unique offerings for social media, email, digital, and print.
You will represent the company on our social platforms by responding to comments, monitoring activity, and garnering engagement through community-building efforts.
This role will also involve collaboration with our growing number of affiliates, expanding our social reach, and helping introduce the world to Beautiful Feet Books.
This role involves contributing to a range of marketing initiatives, including:
Social Platforms – create scheduled posts, respond daily to comments & questions
Facebook (+ regularly review Parent FB group for insight)
Instagram
TikTok & YouTube – create short, vertical video content
Pinterest
Host and moderate giveaways
Re-posting User-Generated Content (UGC)
Research hashtags and social trends
Content & Collateral
Take product and promotional photos
Marketing video creation and editing
Design & upload thumbnail images for YouTube videos
Collect and file product collateral
Affiliate Care
Work with Marketing Director to nurture and grow the value of our affiliates
Create and maintain affiliate collateral
Pay out monthly affiliate commissions
Take lead on a monthly affiliate email newsletter
Other Key Responsibilities
Regular team meetings/zoom with Marketing Director
Identify leads nationwide & upload to CRM database
Assist with conference marketing
Implement strategy to collect more product reviews & testimonials

Hours & Compensation:
This is a part-time position with a quick transition to full-time for the right individual.
This role is for in-person work at our new Atascadero, CA office.
Hybrid option is a possibility for local candidates.
Compensation will be based on experience in the $22-$28/hr range.
Compensation for full-time work includes 80% healthcare reimbursement, monthly wellness bonus, and year-end performance bonus.
