*JOB DESCRIPTION*
We are on the lookout for a talented Social Media Manager and Content Creator/Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Design team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Design, this role is crucial for driving our digital presence and visually communicating the essence of our dining experiences.
*In this role, you will:*
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing and Design to bring creative visions to life, ensuring that all graphics and content align with our overall brand strategy.
* Take charge of our social media channels, crafting and scheduling engaging content that resonates with our audience and reflects the voice of our overall brand and the unique voice of each restaurant.
* Design eye-catching graphics and marketing materials that effectively convey our message and promote our restaurants across various media.
* Analyze social media trends and performance, providing insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing and Design to refine our approach.
*We're looking for someone who:*
* Has a proven track record in graphic design and social media management, with a portfolio that showcases your skill in both areas.
* Is adept at using graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) and social media tools.
* Possesses excellent communication skills, both for internal collaboration and for crafting compelling narratives for our audience.
* Is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Shares our passion for the culinary world and is excited about contributing to the growth and success of North County Restaurant Group.
* A positive and fun attitude is just as important as professional skills.
