DESIGNATION : Customer Programs & Marketing Specialist (US)
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Programs and marketing Specialist will manage the REC Certified Solar Professional program for our installer partners, including administration of the program and improving processes to allow for growth.
They will support REC’s customers and channel partners with swag, training, and other co-op marketing activities.
This position will also be responsible for social media and digital content development for the Americas region.
Management of the RCSP program:
Application and vetting communications
Onboarding communication and support
Online training (includes annual refresh of material)
Marketing Support
Program improvement projects
Channel support:
Co-branded and REC swag
New branch opening marketing support.
Training webinars and other training support
Social Media:
Development of social media campaigns
Content creation for REC Americas blog, social channels and collateral portfolio
Content deployment across social media accounts
Reporting and trend analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree/Diploma/Associate in Business or Digital Marketing
3 years’ Experience in the Solar Marketing industry
Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints.
Excellent level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
Familiarity with various social media channels
Competency in Adobe products and Basic Excel is required.
Experience with Pardot (or similar email marketing platform) is preferred.
Strong creative writing skills.
Excellent level of oral and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate with a variety of audiences.
Knowledge regarding PV, Energy & Energy Markets;(Preferred).
Knowing and following the REC code of conduct, business ethics, and values
Positive, proactive, independent, cool under pressure.
Strategic competence combined with a sales result-driven and pragmatic hands-on approach to execution.
OTHER INFORMATION
Local and interstate travel as required.
Previous Marketing Communication experience advantageous
