com DESIGNATION : Sales Rebates Coordinator RESPONSIBILITIES Role/Job Summary: The Rebates Coordinator will be primarily responsible for managing the Special Pricing Agreement (SPA) program.
The coordinator will have excellent analytical skills and will be able to effectively communicate pricing data with the sales and finance departments.
As the main contact for the companys multi-million-dollar SPA program, you are expected to be available to internal and external customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the Special Pricing Agreement program Review and process rebate claims Assure claims are submitted within agreement with customers Process rebate claims in the company portal Communicate with external customers on overclaims and close out confirmed overclaims Verify with external customers that all rebate claims are received Summarize rebate claims data to share with internal team members Prepare claim summary for month-end accrual Other ad hoc reports and projects QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications and Skills: Advance Microsoft Excel Prior accounting work experience preferred SAP experience Understand and enforce contracts Able to prioritize multiple tasks Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work effectively in multi-functional task forces.
Knowing and following the REC code of conduct, business ethics, and values Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy Customer service-oriented and the ability to work with complex issues Ability to plan and arrange activities Possess interpersonal communication skills Able to write and verbally communicate effectively Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information
