Door to Door sales for paint company (San Luis Obispo)

Imperial custom painting company is a local painting company around the Central Coast.
We offer residential and commercial interior and exterior painting.
We specialize in cabinetry stains and painting.
We also do epoxy floors and decks fences refinishing and restoring.

I am looking for somebody to go door to door offering our services and scheduling estimates.
This is a commission only position.
Commission starts at 3%.
Off of $6,000 job you will get 180$ per each job sold not estimated.
If we get the job you get paid and we will show you the contract so that there is honesty between the company and you.
There's no set schedule.
This is preferably for college students who are trying to make a little bit of money and my way of giving back to my community to help those students who are suffering with studying and trying to keep up with school.
Most painting jobs full exteriors are ranging from 3 to $12,000.
Interiors cost a little bit more but that is for the estimator to decipher the overall expense.
We just need somebody knocking on doors handing out pamphlets and letting them know that our painting company is around and we're ready to go and handle business.
There's a little bit of training that I will go over with you with you, but it's not an intense and should only take about a couple hours.
I understand this will be a trial and error for those newcomers and that's totally fine
