Entegris is seeking a Business Development Manager to contribute to meeting our strategic targets for growth and strengthening our Green Hydrogen Purification Business.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the green hydrogen production process, as well as a strong track record of success in sales and business development.
The candidate should have technical and business background in relation to the green hydrogen production space with specific knowledge of green hydrogen production producers, plants, and system components as well as knowledge and relationships in the hydrogen product market ecosystem as a whole.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential customers in the green hydrogen production market
Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, chemistry, or business administration
5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the energy or technology sector
Proven track record of success in identifying, qualifying, and closing deals
Strong understanding of hydrogen production technologies and their applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to travel up to 70%
