San Luis Obispo is on the beautiful central coast of California, has scenic beaches, is surrounded by the wine country, and offers endless recreational opportunities.
PROJECTS INCLUDE Streets & Highways, Bridges, Buildings, Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Collection Facilities, Water Distribution Systems, Water Treatment Plants, Storm Drainage Collection Systems and Facilities, Recreational Facilities JOB DUTIES INCLUDE providing administrative support of construction management and contract administration on public works construction projects.
Work under the direction of the Resident Engineer.

Requirements: Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
May accept four years relevant experience as an alternative to degree.
Must have at least four years of design and, or construction project administration experience.
Must be able to work within the core hours of contractors 7am - 4pm.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required.
Must be highly organized.
Specific experience in one or more of the following fields strongly preferred: transportation infrastructure, earthwork, pipelines; water, wastewater infrastructure and utility systems Proficiency in MS Projects preferred.
