Manufacturing Technician

*What We’re Looking For* We are looking for an efficiency driven teammate to add to our production staff.
You will join a crew that builds over 10,000 pet doors each year that is meticulous about quality from all aspects of the product life.
Being able to work within tight tolerances to produce only outstanding quality products is required.
Outstanding candidates should have: * High mechanical aptitude * Familiarity with hand and industrial tools and safe shop procedures * Efficiency-driven * Great attitude and a willingness to learn We also offer flexible schedules and performance based pay which starts at $20/hr, with future opportunities available as well.
A 90 day probationary period is applied at the hire date.
*Opportunities for Advancement* You’ll start by getting familiar with the product we manufacture, the Endura Flap, and working in manufacturing to gain valuable experience with different techniques and tools.
