The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
-5 years Cabinet building experience.
-Shows up every day, on time ready to work.
-Strives for the most efficient and exacting methods to produce the highest possible quality cabinetry.
-Thrives on finding the best solution to problems that occur from time to time.
-Experience with and can safely operate Panel saw, table saws, routers, edgebanders, wide belt sanders, pocket hole machines, face frame machines, planers, jointers, band saws, drill presses, etc.
-Can read and understand Cabinet assembly sheets, cut lists and elevations.
-Keeps a highly organised work area with perfectly maintained tools.
-Works safely using appropriate PPE at all times.
-Works well with others.
Easy to get along with.
-Willing to work overtime as needed.
-Comes to work with a sharp mind ready to conquer.
