As a *Maintenance Mechanic*, you will be responsible for conducting trouble shooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks primarily on Haas CNC machines and various other manufacturing equipment (i.
e.
grinders, water jet, vibratory finishers, etc.
).
The *Maintenance Mechanic* must also maintain and repair the facilities’ support equipment (i.
e.
air compressors, swamp coolers, lights, etc.
) using variety of tools, electric meters, and other specialty tools to complete the repairs.
We expect all repairs to be in compliance with safety regulations and we expect a clean and safe work environment for all staff members, as such the *Maintenance Mechanic* must be highly organized and must maintain a high standard of shop cleanliness.
Other tasks include, but are not limited to: Performing weekly scheduled PMs on equipment, maintaining a spare parts inventory for consumables, maintaining an organized toolbox, running a maintenance software to log job hours and track consumables inventory, maintain waste stream, and communicate with multiple department leads and managers when maintenance will impact production.
The qualified candidate for *Maintenance Technician *shouldhave:
* Minimum three (3) years of experience as a machinery maintenance mechanic or automotive mechanic (CNC equipment of any kind is a plus).
* A basic understanding of electronics, servo motors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)f
* Ability to read and interpret operating and repair manuals.
* Maintain and perform repairs to facilities support equipment.
* Use variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and other tools to complete repairs
* Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to maintain punctual and regular attendance requirements and be able to work overtime as required.
*Eligibility Requirements:*
* Pass Medical physical and drug pre-employment screening.
* Cleared Federal Criminal Background Check; our business maintains an ATF permit.
* Documents for eligibility to work in the United States must be presented upon hire
