Commercial Maintenance Technician

Commercial maintenance company seeking a Maintenance Technician.
As a Maintenance Technician you will perform tasks of great variety such as maintenance and repair of drywall, concrete, painting, carpentry, flooring, graffiti removal, trash removal, and minor rehabs to ensure commercial centers are always looking their best.
Requirements:.
-The ability to write in English, as daily hand written reports are required.
-Having strong communication with colleagues and customers.
-A valid unrestricted Driver’s License, as you will be driving our company vehicles to and from your job sites.
-Work independently, exercising judgment and initiative on multiple tasks.
Schedule is Monday to Friday.
Accrual of PTO and 5 sick days per year are available after 60 day probationary period.
