Located in Grover Beach, Axiom 360 is a roofing and Solar company looking for a roofer to bring their skills and knowledge to one of the fastest growing, independently owned companies on the Central Coast.
*Requirements:*
* Must have a valid driver’s license - \*work truck and tools provided\*
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
* Minimum 3 years experience in roofing industry, including but not limited to construction operations, sales and estimating; technical requirements of manufacturers, and application of products.
* Be confident in interacting with customers and be presentable.
* Comfortable using a computer/iPad
* Bilingual in Spanish (not required but nice to have)
*Responsibilities:*
*Roof Installation and Repair:*
* Install, repair, or replace roofing systems as per project requirements.
* Work with various roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, and flat roofing.
*Inspection and Assessment:*
* Conduct inspections to assess the condition of existing roofs.
* Identify and diagnose issues with roofing systems.
*Customer Service:*
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and explain roofing solutions.
* Ability to provide estimates, negotiate contracts, and upsell additional roofing services.
* Possess a customer-oriented approach, ensuring client satisfaction and building positive relationships.
* Knowledge of basic sales techniques and the ability to convey the value proposition of roofing services.
*Safety Compliance & Documentation:*
* Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working at heights.
* Ensure a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
*Collaboration & Problem Solving:*
* Coordinate with other team members, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
* Identify and troubleshoot roofing problems, proposing effective solutions.
*Time Management:*
* Efficiently manage time and resources to meet project deadlines.
*Continuous Learning:*
* Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and installation techniques.
