Now Hiring a Journeyman Painter.
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Extensive knowledge of brushing, rolling and spraying is mandatory.
Must be able to set up a sprayer of any kind and choose the correct tip size and pressure for the sunstrate being sprayed.
Ability to brush and roll primer and paint using the correct nap and brush sizes.
Ability to safely start and operate a pressure washer is necessary.
8 years of verifiable employment with a painting company, not maintenance, property management or any other company not specializing in painting.
Must be able to start and finish a job with little to no supervision.
The ability to climb ladders as high as 40 feet and safely use all sizes of step and extension ladders is a must.
Extensive knowledge on masking is required.
Knowledge of setting up, breaking down and safely using scaffold is desirable.
