Foreman/Apprenticeship in Landscaping and Pool Construction/Maintenance Responsibilities: • Lead a team of skilled workers in pool construction and landscaping projects.
• Assist in the implementation of pool and landscaping projects under the guidance of experienced professionals.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals • Learn and apply skills related to excavation, grading, planting, and pool installation.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment.
• Oversee the planning and execution of pool installations, hardscaping, and soft-scaping projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines participate in safety training and adhere to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality results.
• Troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges effectively.
Requirements: • Bilingual is a PLUS • Enthusiasm for a career in landscaping and pool construction/maintenance or proven experience in pool construction and landscaping.
• Strong leadership • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
