HVAC Installer

We are a leading Heating & Cooling company, is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing HVAC systems in both commercial and residential properties.

Responsibilities: • Install and repair HVAC systems in accordance with specifications and industry standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems in HVAC systems and recommend repairs or replacements as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems.
• Interpret blueprints and drawings to determine the layout and position of HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, builders, and other trades to complete projects according to schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and hours spent on each project.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of vocational training or apprenticeship is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
• Certification in HVAC installation and repair.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Benefits: • Compensation: $80K-$150K/Year
