Concrete, curved driveway, widen with Top Cast etch finish (SLO, Laguna Lake)

Would like to get this done Friday, Dec 1 - Mon Dec 4.
I am widening my curved driveway by: 38" wide x 29' long x 8" (4"base+4"concrete) depth.
Materials: 1yd class 2 rock base, power plate compact with water.
1yd 3/4inch aggregate grey concrete, 3500 PSI.
3/8" rebar Clay dirt removal is done.
Needs a little plate compaction.
Frame to slope 1/2 inch towards existing driveway.
I can screw in the frame if you leave me the flexible boards for the long curve and straight boards for the two ends.
Pound in rebar dowels into 1/2 inch drilled holes or epoxy full width rebar into 5/8 drilled holes into existing driveway.
3/8" rebar, good reinforcement layout.
I want nice quality finish work: expansion joints, troweled finish, etc.
Experience with Top Cast product prefered.
Then, spray concrete thoroughly with Top Cast 200- 01 (to blend in a little better with existing 20yr old driveway).
Power wash next day.
