The Landscape Installation Project Manager's mission at Dan's Landscaping is to take a landscaping installation project from breaking ground through to the final walk through.
Landscape Installation Project Manager Expectations:
-Read, review, and execute plans and designs for all installation projects
-Purchasing and organizing materials for all installation projects
-Talking to customers during the installation process to address any questions or concerns prior to project completion
- Working directly with installation foreman and laborers to complete projects to Dan’s Landscaping expectations within given projected hours
-Walk through each project and all expectations with installation foreman prior to each project start
-Walk through of completed work with customer for quality assurance
-Organizing and filing of all job receipts according to project
- Performing postproduction inspections to report any items needing attention
-Building and maintaining customer relationships

- Landscape installation/construction experience and horticulture knowledge (e.

, hardscaping, walls, irrigation, plant names, etc)
-Customer Service experience a PLUS
-Valid Driver's License with CLEAN driving record REQUIRED
-Tech savvy.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.
