Position Responsibilities: Responsible for managing permits for OSP projects Coordinates complex project/programs from walkout through completion of permits and applicable post inspections.
Works with Construction and engineering to complete project timelines and within budgeted costs Defines resources and creates project plans and schedules for project implementation through Completion.
Identifies, tracks, manages, and minimizes project risks to successful project completion, and creates strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.
Escalates these issues when necessary to ensure minimal impact to quality, budget, and time line.
Plans and schedules per project for deliverables, goals, and milestones.

Identifies and solves project issues.
Ensures that projects meet required timelines, and that timelines are being accurately tracked with detailed project and status reports.
Leads assigned team members and contract engineering firms along with assigned resources to prioritize project work based on analysis of strategic importance, tasks outstanding, obstacles, or barriers, budgets, resources and deadlines.
Explains implications of changes to project scope.
Manages scope through change orders, internal change orders, phased delivery or other methods to ensure projects deliver on time line, scope, budget and strategy expectations.
Manages contractor invoicing and tracks each project to budget.
Organizes and participates in all major planning sessions regarding projects.
Manages conflicts to resolve and corrective action as needed.
Establishes and improves processes and procedures for completing projects in a timely and cost effective manner.
Creates or participates in the creation of project reporting and updates.
Manages internal and external client expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines, and strategy Works closely with management and OSP Engineering to ensure that all priorities are being met.
Communicates progress, risk, expectations, timelines, milestones, and other key project metrics to management and team members.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Technology, or related field preferred or equivalent relevant experience Minimum 5 years of Telecommunications Permitting and Construction experience Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Able to create project plans and manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget Strong analytical and problem solving skills Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications, including MS Project Minimum 5 years of telecommunications industry experience Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clear and satisfactory driving record We're Proud to Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package Including: 401k with employer match Insurance options including: medical, dental, vision, life and STD insurance Paid Time Off/Vacation: 80 hours per year and increases based on tenure with the organization (**PTO/Vacation is specific to our West region and could vary within other geographical regions.

The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job.
Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
