Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of the Director of Public Works (DPW) the incumbent oversees the Installation's Infrastructure Status Reports (ISR).
Provides analysis and recommendations of construction projects and major repairs to include Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance.
Estimate future equipment and material requirements, maintain and update blueprints and facility records.
Works with contractors and vendors, inspects and monitor project schedules, prepares reports and correspondence.

While the CMD supports telework where possible, in-person attendance may be required based on operational needs.

Training and Development (T&D) assignments may be considered based on the availability of eligible candidates and are subject to approval by the Hiring Authority prior to appointment.
T&D assignments are considered limited term up to 12 months and may be extended up to 24 months or become permanent.
