The bathroom includes a custom minimal threshold linear drain shower, marble countertops, concrete flooring and a custom shiplap sliding barn door.

There is a lock box located near the front door.
Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival.

Parking is available on the street rather than the driveway, with a guaranteed spot in front of the gate to the home.
Additional street parking available if necessary.

Super easy, flat and safe road to get to the house! The home is close to freeway on-ramps.

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
