Local non-profit "Literacy For Life" has a San Luis Obispo countywide need for volunteer tutors.
We have centers throughout the county: San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Los Osos, Nipomo, Morro Bay, Cambria, Paso Robles.
Volunteers will work individually with adults who are learning English as a second language, helping them with reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Join us for our upcoming tutor training: Monday, May 13th, 3-6pm.
It will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 981 Marsh Street, San Luis Obispo.
3:00pm-6:00pm.
