Private party, acreage or yard space (San Luis Obispo or other near areas)

Seeking alternative solutions of housing a few animals (feline) on anothers private property.
Just a small area to possibly place a smallish structure for coverage unless there is a possible structure in place that is uncontaminated.
I would need to stop by to daily feed and water most likely.
Another alernative is a like place that may also have utilities (elec would be better) and or could be used as a living place for myself as well such as a studio, barn, garage, granny etc.
that had water and electricity or house use.
