We have been living on a beautiful property in Atascadero for the past 6 years.
Our landlords have decided to sell and we are looking to find our new dream home.
Tim works as a General Contractor, Master Craftsman, Woodworker and Teréz has an Interior Styling and Feng Shui business as well as a salon in San Luis Obispo.
Clearly, we are home loving and have a deep reverence for the home and take extra special care.
We have both owned homes in the past.
We need a two bedroom, two bath, office space for both and a structure for Tim to use as a workspace.
A home with lots of natural light suits us as well as an area to have a garden.
Teréz is a local in San Luis Obispo county spanning three generations.
Tim is from the Santa Fe, New Mexico.
We enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
