Family Looking To Rent 3 Bedroom House (Morro Bay)

Hello, My family and I are looking to rent a 3 bedroom house with a yard and possible garage.
My budget is between 2,500 - 2,750 a month.
Looking to move in a couple months.
So starting in March, April, May, June, etc.
Ideally the house will be located in Morro Bay so my children can continue to go to Del Mar Elementary.
Will consider Los Osos homes.
Very clean people.
We have no pets.
We dont smoke.
Fiancé is a handy man so we will be able to fix the majority of future problems around the house.
