Organic farm land (SLO to Nipomo)

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read our post.
We are a married couple who have been farming on the Central Coast for over a decade.
We sell to local schools, restaurants and natural food stores.
We are looking to purchase farm land somewhere between SLO and Nipomo.
If there is a home on the land that would be an added bonus.
We currently farm heirloom tomatoes, pumpkins, sweet peppers and microgreens.
Our dream is to own land that we can farm and make our forever home.
We would like to plant a citrus orchard as well as some avocados and figs.
We know how precious our farm land is in this country so we are also willing to sign a clause stating that the land will remain a farm forever and that we will not sell the land.
Lastly, we have the funds to put as a down payment.
If you are willing to carry the note that would be welcome, but not necessary.
We know making this post is a total shot in the dark but as they say, you will never know if you don't try.
We are a hardworking couple and we want nothing more than to put roots down in a place we can call home and to grow food for our local community.
