Caretaker of property job wanted (From King City to Santa Maria)

Hi! We are a married couple in our 50’s looking to be your property caretaker.
We do prefer a country setting to help with daily chores, errands, etc.
in exchange for rent or partial rent to live on your property.
My husband is a master electrician and can do just about anything.
