Parking spot for van & small sailboat with use of kitchen/shower (Pismo Beach, SLO, Arroyo Grande, Santa Maria)

Hello, I am looking for a parking spot for my new 2023 Electric Van and the small sailboat I am towing with her.
My husband and almost 17 year old daughter are with me, part time.
My husband is here in the area restoring antique train cars and works full time.
I am at home in my van most days and am semi-retired.
I don’t drink or smoke or use drugs.
I am a skilled communicator with a Master’s in English, with an Emphasis in Poetry and Fiction Writing.
My husband has a degree in Mathematics.
We are avid sailors and live full time on our larger sailboat up in Bellingham WA.
We are here in CA working, because the business we own in WA, is slow this year.
We would want to use the shower/restroom and kitchen part time, every couple of days or so, to shower and do dishes.
Can pay up to $100 weekly, which might help you save on your mortgage or rent.
Would love a spot in the country where pesticides are not used.
Would also love a quiet spot in a residential neighborhood.
