Cal Poly Employee (Atascadero)

Hi there.
My name is Brad and I am looking for a two bedroom with a minimum one car garage or equivalent storage/shop space for tools and camping gear.
Preferred locations are Atascadero, Templeton or Santa Margarita but will also consider Paso, SLO, Los Osos etc.
I have a 14 year old daughter who stays over a couple nights a week and two outdoor only cats.
I am a full time union carpenter at Cal Poly.
I’ve been renting my current home for 4 years and was never late on rent even during the COVID lockdowns.
The owner is listing the property for sale in March.
So we will ultimately need to leave sometime this summer but can move sooner if we find something.
