Wanted two bedroom Rental with one small dog (Cambria, Cayucos,Templeton)

I’m looking for a rental preferably In Cambria but I’m willing to look in Cayucos and Templeton.
It would be a couple and a 19 lb well behaved dog.
I have a healthy income and substantial assets and a very high credit score.
We are both physically fit and keep my yard beautiful and take care of a home we’re living in.
We would be ideal tenants.
