50 per hour DOE The Boys & Girls Clubs of South San Luis Obispo County is seeking applicants to be part of our team.
We provide young people with a safe place to go before and after school.
We seek to ensure that all kids, especially those who need us most, have a positive and enriching experience, putting them on the path to success.

*Primary Function:* Implements youth development activities in the areas of STEM, academic and physical education enrichment programs.
Duties also include but are not limited to: creating lesson plans, facilitating enrichment classes, supervising youth all while being a positive role model.
*Qualifications:* * Available Monday through Friday for our Before and/or After School Programs * This is an in-person; year-round position * Available to attend our mandatory trainings * Reliable transportation with insurance required; ability to get to all our Club sites * Experience working with children preferred * Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems preferred * Ability to communicate with youth and peers preferred * Ability to plan and implement quality programs for youth preferred * Ability to organize and supervise youth members in a safe and fun environment preferred * Can furnish proof that you are over 18 years of age * Mandatory CPR and First Aid certifications current * Current TB Test * Complete the NCLB Test or Proof of 60 College Units * Ability to pass a rigorous background check *Visit bgcslo.
