Home Showing Assistant (San Luis Obispo)

We are a growing local property management company that manages rental properties here on the Central Coast.
We currently have available part-time positions for showing rental home properties.
Hours vary.
We can work around school schedules (or other schedules) if not too restrictive.
The typical workweek would be 10-30 hours (depending upon your availability) and may include some weekends.
The applicant would need a dependable auto, a clean driving record, be willing to allow background check and proof of insurance.
The position requires someone that has good communication and interpersonal skills, has strong computer skills, and can multi-task and prioritize job duties.
