50 per hour DOE The Boys & Girls Clubs of South San Luis Obispo County is seeking applicants to be a part of our Team.
We provide young people with a safe place to go before and after school.
We seek to ensure that all kids, especially those who need us most, have a positive and enriching experience, putting them on the path to success.

*Primary Function: *Implements youth development activities in the areas of STEM, academic and physical education enrichment programs.
Duties also include but are not limited to: facilitating enrichment classes, supervising youth all while being a positive role model.
*Qualifications:* Available a minimum of 3 days Monday through Friday for our Before and/or After School Programs * This is an in-person; year-round position * Available to attend our mandatory trainings * Reliable Transportation with insurance required; ability to get to all our Club sites * Experience working with children preferred * Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems * Ability to communicate with youth and peers * Ability to implement quality programs for youth * Ability to organize and supervise youth members in a safe and fun environment * Can furnish proof that you are over 16 years of age * Mandatory CPR and First Aid certifications * Current TB Test * Complete the NCLB Test or Proof of 60 College Units * Ability to pass a rigorous background check *Visit bgcslo.
