We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated graduate students who are pursuing their fieldwork hours for their Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis to join our team as Rising Behavior Analyst Responsibilities: * Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) * Collect data and maintain accurate records of progress * Assist in developing and modifying treatment plans * Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to ensure continuity of care * Participate in team meetings and training sessions * Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor at all times Requirements: * Currently pursuing a master's degree in ABA or related field * Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends * Ability to pass a background check * Reliable transportation * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Experience working with children with developmental delays preferred Benefits: * Competitive compensation * Opportunities for growth and career advancement * Access to ongoing training and supervision * Opportunity to accrue fieldwork hours on the Concentrated Supervised Fieldwork track * Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment * Make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families in your community Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $30.
