Title: Associate or Licensed Therapist

Job Description:
Central Coast Nurturing Minds, led by Holli Rodriguez, LMFT, is seeking a licensed or associate therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.
This position offers W-2 employment status and requires the candidate to hold a registration number from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
Responsibilities:
1.
Conduct individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed clinician.
2.
Collaborate with the clinical team to develop treatment plans and interventions tailored to the needs of clients.
3.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
4.
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision sessions as required.
5.
Adhere to ethical and legal guidelines, including maintaining client confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries.
6.
Continuously engage in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in the field.
Qualifications:
1.
Master's degree or higher in counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field.
2.
Current registration number from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) or Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC).
3.
Previous experience providing therapy services in a clinical setting preferred.
4.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
5.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
