Job Summary:
BrightStar Care of San Luis Obispo is seeking a compassionate and experienced CNA to join our team in providing exceptional healthcare services to clients in SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY, California.
This is a Full Time position, with 12-hour shifts both day and NOC, in the Franchise industry.
As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities (ADLs) and providing them with personalized care to promote their physical and emotional well-being.
This is an individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Administer medications and assist with prescribed treatments as needed
- Monitor clients’ vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a healthcare setting or recent CNA graduate.
- Current CPR certification and negative TB test
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, AM and NOC shifts available
- Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
