*About The Job:* We’re actively on the lookout for a high energy, enthusiastic Key Holder that can keep the market organized, give our customers a friendly smile, a warm welcome and an amazing overall store experience.
Key Holder responsibilities include unlocking and locking the store, helping customer service employees, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
Ultimately, you will work with a team of employees to ensure our stores are clean and customers can find the items they need to purchase.
_Key Holder Responsibilities:_ * Provides an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return.
* Displays product knowledge and customer experience skills.
* Provides leadership support and help run the store when managers are away.
* Understands store sales plan and company sales goals and helps drive sales by increasing key performance indicators.
* Routinely stocks and ensures that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
* Assists in the opening and closing of the market.
* Pours and serves draft beer, checking customer ID and ensuring they are of legal age.
* Works the register, processes sales transactions, and uses product knowledge to drive add on sales.
* Closes out the register and communicates any shortages or overages to the store manager.
* Assists with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
* Work with store management to ensure there’s no misuse of company property or theft.
* Supports the maintenance and organization of the stock room.
* Trains and coaches new staff as needed to help them quickly get acclimated to the team.
_FOH Cashier Qualifications & Experience:_ * Must be 21+ years old and have RBS Certification(or able to acquire at time of hire).
* Must have a minimum of 1 year of retail or restaurant experience * Must be available to work 3-5 shifts a week, up to 8 hours a day, nights and weekends, and overtime when necessary * You will be expected to show up on time * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented with the ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently * Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment and multitask effectively * Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems (we use Clover) is advantageous * High integrity level and strong ability to take initiative * Must be able to work well with a team * Must be able to lift and/or move 50lbs * Must have reliable transportation * Must be flexible with your availability.
You will be expected to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Must be able to hustle and to work by yourself, unsupervised _Benefits:_ * Employees are allowed one free meal per shift * Employees receive 45% discount on all grocery items _Compensation:_ * $19-$22/hour plus tips, with proven experience, reliability, and responsibility.
