Full Charge Bookkeeper

A grading, excavating and underground construction company located in Arroyo Grande with 15-20 employees is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years accounting & business management experience in the construction or related industry.
Responsibilities: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, weekly payroll including prevailing wage, certified payroll reporting, payroll tax reporting and payments, administration of benefits, proficient with QuickBooks, Excel, Word.
Must be organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize your own workload and responsibilities.
