Ideal candidates must be able to work effectively in a team setting.
Candidate should possess the ability to work closely with other staff members, possess strong computer and communication skills, and seek to improve their work and skill sets over time.
Duties:
* Enter receipts into Spectrum/accounting software.
* Communicate with employees regarding missing receipts.
* Add and delete employee credit cards and buyer privileges for all accounts.
* Balance credit cards; monthly.
* Create and maintain credit card agreements.
* Manage Accounts Payable files.
* Print and file approved invoices; weekly.
* Prepare check run documents for review by President.
* Assist A/P Manager printing reports and matching invoices for weekly payments.
* Print payment remittance and attach invoices.
Required skills and experience:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office computer applications including Outlook, Excel and Word required;
* Accounting software experience preferred but not required;
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
The pay range is $23.
00-$28.
00 per hour and is dependent on position requirements and experience of each candidate.
