Nomada Hotel Group is looking to hire someone that will work closely with internal teams and the Financial Controller to proactively manage accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R) and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
* Record financial transactions and categorize records in the general ledger
* Process accounts payables; vendor bills coded correctly, electronic debits/credits
* Process accounts receivables; verify daily sales, bank deposits
* Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
* Process monthly task(s): inventory, intercompany transfers
* Provide administrative support to Finacial Controller.
* Maintain confidentiality of company data and vendor records
* File management
What We’re Looking For
* Associates degree or higher
* 3+ years of progressive bookkeeping or administrative experience
* Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, etc.
)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Self-starter and autonomous, being able to work under limited guidance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.
00 - $75,000.
